Nemus Partners is an independent sponsor focused on micro business investment consulting. We work with micro businesses and very early-stage startups with modest capital, helping them secure funding, stabilize cash flow, and build a growth strategy that fits the resources they actually have.
Unlike a pure advisory firm, we invest our own capital alongside our investors. We work both sides of the table: sourcing and structuring deals for the investors who join us, and helping founders build the business itself, then staying on to manage and operate it alongside the founding team, rather than handing over a report and stepping away.
Our incentives are structured to stay aligned. We earn carried interest only after our investors have recovered their full principal, which means we are paid on outcomes rather than on activity.
Our partners each lead deals in the sector they have actually operated in: people and workforce services, digital product and design, AI and technology, and food and beverage. That is how we stay multi-industry without being generalists: whoever leads your deal already understands how your business runs.
We keep the model lean and the process direct, because that is what works at this scale. Small businesses do not need a heavy institutional apparatus. They need capital, clear numbers, and a partner willing to do the work alongside them.
